Flake Graphite
Natural Flake Graphite is formed when deposits of carbon come under pressure and temperature. It comes as jumbo flake, large flake, medium flake, and fine flake. Magnochrom Graphite has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, high melting point, good lubricity, plasticity, chemical stability, resistance oxidation, and high resistance corrosion, etc.
Graphite is widely used for refractory materials, like Magnesia-carbon bricks, ladles for liquid steel, pouring nozzle, sliding gate, slide plate, nozzle monolithic and stopper, graphite dry pot, steel ingot protective agent and steel carburizing agent, etc. It is also used for the metallurgy casting mold and metallurgical materials, conductive material, wear resisting lubricating material, etc. Besides, Graphite is used well in Car industry. Graphite is a key component in the lithium-ion batteries that electric and hybrid cars use.
