The VEILMET-85S stuffed pulp is characterized by high heat resistance, high strength and high corrosion resistance in contact with slag and melts.

Application:

Neutral spinle-forming stuffing mass VEILMET-85S is used for lining crucibles of induction furnaces designed for melting a variety of steels: high-alloy, low-alloy carbon, stainless, structural, heat-resistant and manganese.

Stuffing method:

The furnace crucible is stuffed with the VEILMET-85S mixture according to an inflated metal template using an immersion vibrator or by the manual method.

Sintering takes place at a temperature of 1700 ºС with exposure for 1 hour.
